Generally, I have some idea what I want to do when I start an image. In this case, not so much...

It eventually came together as an autopsy of a deceased foreign agent. No need for physically opening a person up to find out the cause of death, or in this case, a hidden explosive surprise. Scanners and a holographic projection is a so much cleaner method. Unless, of course, the explosive detonates, then they will likely need an new droid, equipment, and med-tech.
